We take care of your data and collect only what we need to invite you to PromptEstates and send you a project shortlist.
Who we are
PromptEstates is an AI search service for off-plan property in the UAE. This website collects waitlist sign-ups before launch. For data questions, write to ilnarshan@gmail.com.
What data we receive
• Email — when you join the waitlist or complete the quiz.
• Telegram or WhatsApp — only if you provide them.
• Quiz answers (goal, budget, area), the chosen plan and your last calculator result.
• Technical data: the language and page the request was sent from, and a referral code.
• Settings in your browser (theme, language, referral code) — stored only on your device.
Why
To invite you to the app, send a shortlist for your request, market emails and launch news, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not sell your data or share it with developers or brokers.
Legal basis
You give consent when you submit a form. You can withdraw it at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link in any email or by writing to us.
Services we use
• FormSubmit — delivers sign-ups to our inbox.
• Brevo — email newsletters (once connected).
• GitHub Pages — website hosting.
• OpenFreeMap — map tiles.
• Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog — visit statistics, heatmaps and session recordings (form inputs are masked). You can turn them off with “Decline” in the cookie banner.
These services may process data outside the UAE.
How long we keep data
While you are on the waitlist or use the service. After you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, we delete your data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop receiving emails. Write to ilnarshan@gmail.com — we reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a new update date.
